What counts as an asset?

An asset is any energy generation, storage, or consumption device you want to monitor. This includes solar panels, batteries, generators, EV chargers, and building systems.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is there a setup fee?

We charge an onboarding fee per asset, this includes the data connection and development of the expected performance model for your asset(s). The cost of the onboarding fee depends upon the data integration options and complexity of the model.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! "Small Business" customers can cancel their subscription within 30 days and we work with our "Enterprise" clients to demonstrate value during a small trial prior to rolling-out to the wider enterprise.

What payment methods do you accept?

We generally invoice monthly in arrears but can arrange custom payment solutions/profiles to suit customers.

Do you offer discounts for multi-year subscriptions?

Yes! If you have been with Konductor for some time and recognise the value it provides to your business, we will work with you to develop a multi-year plan and reduced subscription fees.
